Replacing vertical flagstone

I have a raised patio with flagstone laid vertically around the sides and flagstone on top. On one side two pieces of flagstone have 'heaved' away from the concrete substrate. There are also three pieces that are loose on the top of this section. What should I use to re-attach the vertical stones. The substrate is poured concrete with wire mesh and mortar.

Purchase a bag of mortar mix. Either type S or Type N. Mix with water till you get the right slurry then apply to back of stone.. Be sure your stone that fell off is cleaned on the back. Then reapply the stone. Should be simple..
