I highly recommend that you check the Better Business Bureau website (I believe it's the Houston, TX BBB) to see the sort of "customer service" Flamingo Pools gives.
They have also been on the news several times. Trust me, it wasn't to praise them.

I live in the RGV and know several people that have been ripped off by this company and its owner.
