Re-setting exterior flag stone

I have a block house which, years ago, had flagstone installed on the exterior walls. Part of the flag stone on the chimney has fallen off near the ground. How do I best re-set the stone back onto the wall. The house is block construction and the flag stone is on top of that.

I still have the stone that has fallen off.

You should be able to reset the stone by using wire and tucking the cement. This video should help you with that:
