Removal of White Film from Arizona Red Flagstone

HELP!!!
After laying my Arizona Red Flagstone patio 2 years ago, I applied a "Natural Stone Color Enhancer". I think I may have used too much as a white, hard film developed soon afterwards. When the flagstone gets wet, the natural color returns... until it dries out. When it's dry, it looks whitish-gray... down right awful.

Last summer, I tried power washing it, but that didn't do anything. I'm at my wits end as how to restore the natural beauty of this stone.... any suggestions, ANYONE???

probably bad sealer

Dear Jean,

It sounds like your sealer gave you effervescence.

You should call Prosoco at 1-800-255-4255 and see what products they recommend for your flagstone.

They also make a quality "wet look" flagstone that won't cause any problems for you.

You can read about it here:

I hope that helps you out.

Great luck!

David
