Muriatic Acid bleached flagston

We had a new flagstone porch and walkway installed and had green algae buildup on the walkway stone. The installer brought muriatic acid and it bleached the stones! Is there any way of resurfacing or restoring the original stone's color back? Also, on the porch stones, the installer put down a sealer and they all now look like they have a white milkish look to them. What can we do to get rid of this haze? All of the stones look great when they're wet, but the minute they're dry they look terrible. Thank you!
