Is this Flagstone?

If this is flagstone, the joints are concrete. What would be the best method of cleaning the stone and concrete grout joints. We have tried to mop with household cleaners but the stone and concrete grout look terrible. Once cleaned, is there a sealer that can be appied, but the floor needs to look natural when finished, no gloss or anything.

Any help or direction would be ever more apprieciated.

If that is flagstone , it's the longest piece I have ever seen. You can clean the concrete joints with a concrete cleaner, but I would have a mason look at this walkway first.
