Flagstone Flakes off

I had Flagstone installed and it is chipping and breaking past two years. The chips get in pool and make a mess. Do you have a way to coat the Flagstone to stop it chipping?

Dear Milind,

The chemicals in a pool are really hard on stone and my dad usually doesn't recommend it, however, he has done a few jobs like that.

You can't stop the flaking that's happened already, but you might be able to stop any more flaking.

You should call Prosoco at 1-800-255-4255 to see if they have a sealer that will stop the flaking. You might have to use it often to stop it from happening in the future.
