Flagstone Crack Repair

How do I repair flagstone that has cracked morter joints without having to tear out existing morter?

You can't. You have to chisel or cut out the joints with a diamond blade saw.

If you try to tuck the joints in the cracks, there won't be enough space for the concrete to bond and they'll just crack again.
