damage to flagstone walk by rock salt

How do I repair the damage caused by rock salt thrown on the walkway. It has discolored the stone with patches of white.

Maybe 600 Detergent from Prosoco would help clean off your stone, however you should call Prosoco first to see if they have a better solution. They are the "cleaning experts" we call for questions like yours.
