Flagstone Prices Can Vary Extremely Depending On Your Location
Flagstone prices can vary based on color, thickness, and type.
In Colorado we pay about $200 for a ton of 1 1/2" thick red flagstone. That will cover about 80 to 90 square feet. .
However, for Colorado Buff Irregular Stone, we have to pay about $500 for the same amount.
You can see that the color and type can make a big difference.
Another charge to consider is delivery. Fuel prices have risen dramatically lately and that has a big impact on costs. You can also check around stoneyards outside your area, because many yards sell across North America.
